We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be returned unworn and unwashed, in their original condition with any tags still attached.

Start your return or exchange here — enter your AYM Renewed order number and email, choose what you're sending back, and you'll get an Evri QR code straight away. No printer needed: just show it at any Evri ParcelShop.

Please don't use the main AYM Studio returns portal for AYM Renewed orders — it can't see them and will say the order is outside the return window.

A flat fee of £3.99 covers return shipping within the UK and is deducted from your refund. If your item arrived damaged or we sent the wrong item, your return is free and we refund your original delivery too. Returns are currently UK-only.
